About
Who am I and what do I do?
Hi, I’m Andréa!
Hiring in tech moves fast and it’s easy for talent teams to feel stretched too thin. That’s where I come in. I help overwhelmed hiring teams with employer branding content and sourcing so they can keep hiring at speed – without sacrificing candidate experience or company reputation. Whether it’s creating social posts, building long-term talent pipelines, or ensuring your hiring efforts don’t go unnoticed, I make sure you stand out when it matters most.
Outside of work, I value creativity, curiosity and time spent outdoors – whether it’s a long walk or taking a moment to step a way and see things from a new perspective. The best ideas often come when we give ourselves space to see things differently. I’m drawn to people who are passionate about what they do and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If there’s a better way, I want to find it.

How freelancing and employer branding
became important
It started with marketing >
I started my career as a social media manager, spending two years building online communities and increasing brand visibility. During this time, I learned the value of consistent messaging across multiple platforms and how showing up in the right places can shape the perception people have of your business.
transitioned into recruitment >
After transitioning into recruitment, I spent over five years in the tech industry, owning the recruitment function for a software company. I managed end-to-end hiring for technical roles and later took on an embedded talent partner role, where I built sales and marketing teams for growing startups. Through this experience, I saw the critical role storytelling and reputation play – particularly in niche industries and, more importantly, in influencing the quality of candidates you attract and ultimately hire.
freelancing brought them together.
The choice to freelance came after noticing a gap in the way businesses hire – heavily relying on recruitment agencies. Not only are they costly, but they also build relationships with your candidates. A good employer branding and sourcing strategy shifts that power back to you. This focus on direct connection not only supports immediate hiring but also lays the groundwork for future hiring needs – something that’s crucial in tech when you suddenly find yourself in a position where you need to hire quickly.
